Emily Willis has had a great year, she did, after all, just win the XRCO Award for the Female Performer of the Year. She also jus that a 5 part showcase released at Vixen called Influencer 2. It’s a huge production that has been getting a crazy amount of love from fans and critics alike.

It’s a crossover film that can be watched on multiple sites, including Vixen, Deeper, Slayed, and Blacked.

Unforutenly when you have a star on the rise, there is always going to be someone standing by, willing to take shots. As the saying goes … haters gonna hate.

But Emily Willis has decided she’s not going to take it sitting down and has now filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against fellow performers Adria Rae and Gianna Dior.

The Emily Willis lawsuit alleges that in a series of now partially deleted tweets, both Gianna Dior and Adria Rae attacked the character and reputation of Emily Willis by alleging or referencing Emily Willis was involved in sexually abusing a dog.

Emily Willis also accuses Adra Rae of directly calling her out for abusing the dog in question in a September 22 tweet and “tried to draw as much attention to the accusation as she could.”

The complaint also alleges that when other adult performers tweeted their criticism of Gianna Dior and others who were spreading rumors about the alleged dog video, Gianna Dior doubled down on her accusation.

As a result, Emily Willis is asking the court to consider that “as a proximate result of the tweets, she has suffered a loss of employment opportunities, reputational damage, shame, mortification and emotional injury in an amount in excess of $5,000,000.”

Emily Willis is represented by industry attorney James Felton. We reached out to Mr. Felton, who told us that “they were given an opportunity to retract, but they did not.”

I attempted to reach out to both Gianna Dior and Adria Rae for a comment regarding their accusations against Emily Willis and was met with silence from both parties.

Many of the directors I spoke with said that Emily Willis is considered a “true star in our industry,” and many have suggested that she has a big career ahead of her.

Then again, you only have to watch Influencer 2 to figure that out for yourself.
