Journalist and documentary filmmaker Mike Stabile has championed and written about sex workers and sexually explicit discourse for over a decade. His work has been featured in a wide variety of publications, including the New York Times, the Daily Beast, Salon, Buzzfeed, and Playboy. Seed Money, his documentary on pornographer and philanthropist Chuck Holmes, was named one of the year’s best by The Advocate.
Stabile established Polari Media to aid non-traditional groups and businesses in reaching a wide audience. He has run the Free Speech Coalition’s PR efforts since 2013.
Their mission is to safeguard the legal rights of businesses and workers in the adult entertainment sector.
