OnlyFans Model Sophie Hill Suing Miami Dolphins’ Tyreek Hill

LEGAL NEWS ONLYFANS STRAIGHT

The civil lawsuit filed by OnlyFans creator Sophie Hall against Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill has taken a surprising turn. The newly revealed deposition details suggest a complicated dynamic between the two following the alleged incident.

OnlyFans Creator Sophie Hill Lawsuit Against Miami Dolphins’ Tyreek Hill Takes Unexpected Turn

Sophie Hall is suing Tyreek Hill for assault, battery, and negligence, claiming that the NFL star fractured her right leg during an impromptu football training session at his Southwest Ranches mansion on June 28, 2023.

The lawsuit, filed in Broward County Circuit Court, seeks up to $75,000 in damages for her injuries, which required surgery and the implantation of metal hardware.

However, details from a newly surfaced deposition, viewed by the Daily Mail, reveal that Onlyfans creator Sophie Hall remained at Tyreek Hill’s home for days after the alleged injury, engaged in sexual relations with him, and did not immediately report the incident to authorities.

According to the complaint, she was participating in football drills with Tyreek Hill in his backyard when the NFL receiver “violently” ran into her with great force, breaking her leg.

“After the plays, it went back to a normal demeanor, so he was being more himself,” Hall stated in her deposition, explaining why she remained in Hill’s home after the injury.

Despite crying in pain and struggling to walk, Sophie Hall says she did not call the police, leave the home, or request to stay in a different room.

Instead, she claims Tyreek Hill gave her ice and a piggyback ride up to his bedroom, where they became intimate later that night and again the following day.

Sophie Hill’s attorney, Robert S. Horwitz, has dismissed Hall’s claims, arguing that:

She “agreed to physical contact” during the football training.

She “conducted herself in a careless and negligent manner,” at one point allegedly tripping over a dog.

She had a pre-existing knee injury, which may have contributed to her leg fracture.

The lawsuit also reveals that Sophie Hall originally met Tyreek Hill because her preteen son attended his football camp in Boca Raton. After the incident, Hall stayed at Hill’s mansion for several days before seeking medical attention.

With the newly revealed details of Hall’s post-injury interactions with Hill, legal experts suggest that the case may hinge on whether the injury was the result of negligence or an accident and whether Hall’s continued voluntary presence at Hill’s home undermines her claims of assault and battery.

Tyreek Hill has not been criminally charged in relation to the incident. The case remains in civil court, with further legal proceedings expected in the coming months.
