Extras: The best extra was the 15:30 minute long Behind the Scenes feature that amounted to a series of interviews with the cast members, a shout out to yours truly and other’s by the ladies, skipping poor Potter until pressed. There was also a 4:55 minute pop shot recap and photogallery though neither did much for me like the BTS did.

Audio/Video Quality: Pour It On! was captured in anamorphic widescreen by director Mimefreak for Arch Angel. The solid lighting enhanced the often accurate flesh tones of the cast and helped provide plenty of detail here, the editing was generally well done too. Visually, the biggest recurring problem was how the wealth of light was not always accounted for and how it washed out the look of the production in some portions of the scenes, the editing a bit too aggressive, and some of the framing not quite working. There was no company watermark and the video bit rate was decent, my viewing on a large screen television revealing only a very modest number of compression artifacts. The aural components in 1.0 Dolby Digital monaural were fairly basic, not in a bad way mind you but basic, the limited amount of talking and ambient noises blended in with the uncredited musical scoring that fit the action.

Body of Review: Mimefreak is an award nominated director at Arch Angel these days, the latest feather in his cap being a nomination for “Best Director” by the XRCO. I have really liked a lot of his work over the past year or so, the man standing out in some ways by his willingness to mix things up and forge new pathways as he explores some of the hottest women in porn working for me. His latest movie in for review is called Pour It On!, a set of four scenes featuring ladies like heart throb AJ Applegate, as well as relative newcomers such as Cali Carter, Kimmy Granger, and Kimber Woods, as they are coated with generous amounts of oil to look their very best, my appreciation for such a thing predating the first “Big Wet Asses” release over a dozen years ago or even some of the material from Mike Quasar or Seymore Butts from the mid 1990’s. Going into the show, I knew AJ would shine like no other given her past history but it occurred to me that given Mimefreak’s inventive form of gonzo, would he be able to add something substantially different or just make yet another well received endeavor in the field.

The company website described the movie like this: “ArchAngel asked four of the hottest girls in porn to pour it on in their first oil movie. The ladies are slathering oil all over themselves to accentuate their amazing asses and curves. And all that oil will definitely heat you up! See Cali Carter, Kimber Woods, Kimmy Granger and reigning Booty Queen AJ Applegate pour it on!” Heres a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Cali Carter, a blond with pretty eyes and a lean hardbody, was up first with Chris Strokes, the tease footage outside including her naked in a small blue wading pool full of coconut oil before she further doused herself in an overly lit room masturbating as she continued the use of the liquid substance. Scene Four: A.J. Applegate, the blond bombshell hotty featured on the front cover, was up last in a tiny pink bikini. She was oiling up in the cheap plastic wading pool set outside by the stone fountain to tease on the partly cloudy day, her brilliant eyes, all natural tits, and glorious ass again establishing the reason why I picked this title up in the first place. Summary: Pour It On! by director Mimefreak for Arch Angel was fun to watch and included enough oil centric action to merit a rating of Recommended for me. Had the movie been another spotlight showcase for AJ Applegate or included more of my favorites, it probably would have earned a higher rating but Cali, Kimber, and Kimmy all proved they had their own appeal so their fans might boost the rating a notch. In short, Pour It On! was a showcase of oil flavored action with a lot of potential for even higher rating in the future if it becomes a series, Mimefreak just needing to tweak the casting and fine tune the productions so check it out.
