Audio/Video Quality: The picture looked great much of the time
although during a couple of the sex scenes the lighting weakened it. The
audio wasn't quite as good as I'd expect from a Wicked movie but it was
still pretty good.

Body of Review: Wicked Wishes is a story about a sex therapist,
played here by Alexa, who takes an active role in helping couples overcome
their sexual hangups. The movie was made over 2 years ago, back when Alexa
was a contract performer for Wicked, and it's easy to see why she developed
quite a following. In a word, she's HOT! If she had been just another
attractive gal, Wicked probably wouldn't have pursued her as aggressively as
they did but she also knew how to have great sex with an infectious energy.
Sadly, they parted ways last year.

Since that time, Alexa has retired and then come back into porn although not
as a contract performer. I doubt any companies will be willing to sign her
on until she re-establishes a better track record for showing up on time and
a willingness to do whatever is asked of her. I can easily see her as a VCA,
JKP or Vivid performer if she plays her cards right. This modest little
movie, made by the porn producing couple of Lincoln and Rhodes, is what
would be affectionately called "product" if it were made at any other
company in the business. Luckily, the high end production values of Wicked,
along with a good set of dvd extras, save it from the obscurity it would've
fallen into due to it's weak direction, editing, writing, and acting. Here's
a breakdown of the sex scenes by performer:

Scene One: Alexa, looking like a million bucks, took on Devin. The
two shared some fun and if not for the poor camera work, it would've been
very warm rather than just enjoyable.

Scene Two: Kelsey, looking fine, had sex with Alexa and Erik
outdoors. Kelsey took the anal like a champ and again, FJ's direction
weakened the heat. I've seen him do it a number of times and I can't quite
pinpoint what he's trying for since he fails more often than not but the
bottom line is-he needs to let the performers have fun and step away from
then to record it. The close up camera work alone was enough to make me want
to punch him in the nose. It was warm but should've been blazing hot.

Scene Three: Lola, cute babe, had sex with the incredibly attractive
TJ and the wacky Marty. The scene was way too short, didn't let TJ have
enough screen time, and ended with a massive load/eye shot to Lola. I'd fire
the editor of the scene if I owned Wicked pictures although I think the
direction was a continual problem. It's easy to see why so many fans like
top of the line directors like Brad Armstrong or Jonathan Morgan rather than
assembly line workers such as FJ.

Scene Four: Briana, yet another babe-licious beauty, took on the huge
Lee. She even took him in her tight looking ass which is no small feat since
she kept a smile. Neither of them appeared to have looked at the script for
more than a quick scan before filming but once the sex started, they did
just fine.

Scene Five: Julie, a personal favorite of mine from way back, took
care of Devin. In the movie, they play a married couple with sexual problems
and it seemed like their characterizations worked too well since I didn't
notice much energy between them. Maybe they had off days or simply didn't
like each other.

Scene Six: Alexa had sex with Brianna and Evan. Evan's character was
a funny gay guy and it seemed as though he'd be without a scene until here.
He delivered the goods to the ladies who both looking good enough to make
even gay men erect. Not a bad scene.

Summary: For it's limitations, Wicked Wishes remains an enjoyable movie to watch. The script seemed to
suck goat turds which sure didn't help the cast's acting but you can't deny the appeal of the cast and the energy they displayed during their scenes. While it could've been better, I'm happy to settle for a better than average porno.
