Extras: The best extra for virtually anyone reading this would be the bonus core scene between Trista Tanner and Jack Napier that lasted 27:22 minutes in the company warehouse. Audio/Video Quality: Breakin' 'Em In #9 Blu-ray was presented in widescreen color with an approximate aspect ratio of 1.78:1 as shot by director Vince Vouyer for release by Vouyer Media using the VC-1 codec and the resolution clocking in at 1080i. The lighting was flat and even, the high definition upgrade noticeable to me right off as a result, though the bitrate was on the low side in order to fit the entire project onto a single sided disc. There was a little grain and the fleshtones were even better than usual, Donnie Cabo and Vince both showing some talent with the camera. As mentioned, the bitrate hovered around the 15.2 Mbps rate most of the time I was paying attention but it varied greatly during the project so this might have looked even better on a dual layer disc or spread across two discs (but it was still a winner as far as I was concerned). The composition of the shots was such that the ladies were made to look as good as Vince could make them and given his level of skill developed over the years, he showed he still has what it takes to make hot women even hotter looking. The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital English (192 Kbps bitrate and usual 48 kHz sampling rate) but there was no separation between the channels and the vocals were on the low side in all but a few circumstances.

The technical qualities might have been slightly better is the show was mastered in a full 1080p and the video bitrate upgraded even more but I could see the fine hairs on the legs of the gals, added definition that made the scenes more lifelike than ever, and as a sign of things to come, I found they did a better job than many of their peers in the industry have so far. In short, Breakin' 'Em In #9 Blu-ray was even better than Breakin Em In #8 so I look forward to seeing how future outings in high definition set the company ahead of their competition, much like their directors were an upgrade from Vince's previous place of employment.
