Audio/Video Quality: Jack's Teen America: Mission 23 was presented in 1.78:1  widescreen color as shot by director Robby D. for Digital Playground using the AVC codec in the high definition release with a 1080 resolution. The lighting was decent here, about as good as expected given this was Robby's standard type of gonzo, limiting the amounts of grain and video noise. While I generally prefer stronger lighting in my gonzo porn, Robby has a way of showing it all with less light, the tint of the colors only slightly off as a result. The way the scenes were shot and edited was markedly similar in the scenes, though the composition of the angles was changed up a bit depending on the scene in question; providing a variety of styles to enjoy. The composition of the shots and the editing enhanced the look of the ladies more than a little bit too, proving what this critic has to say about the production team led by Robby (thankfully, talented Nick P. was credited as editor which virtually always upgrades the camera work). The DVD mastering showed no obvious compression artifacts (the bitrate varying but often staying around the 22.1 Mbps range when I paid attention) but this was not his clearest effort to date. This volume of the series actually looked sharper than any I have seen in the past, the level of detail such that I wondered if it was shot using the RED system or Robby just tossed out the filters to get the best picture possible. The audio was presented in a 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround English (using an audio bitrate of 448 Kbps and the usual 48 kHz sampling rate) with a minimalist leaning similar to the rest of the Jack series, with the vocals always dominating the audio track as I like it. While there wasn't much separation between the channels though the ladies were almost always clearly heard and their moans added to the enjoyment of the show for those keeping track.

In short, Jack's Teen America: Mission 23 was worth waiting for so when it came out last month, I was glad I reserved a copy for yourself as Riley really impressed me as something special, the gal finally strutting her stuff as a full fledged contract performer to seek out (giving Erik Everhard a run for his money).  The high definition once again upgraded the visual elements to the point where fans of Riley Steele should move this one up their list of titles to check out, her performances getting better with time.
