Now it feels like the order should have been reversed. The movie should have started with them at the blackjack table with Bella whispering in your ear about their plans. When she takes Blake away, that’s when the Belle/Blake sex scene should have happened. Afterward, then we see Gia seducing you by giving a nice blowjob under the table.

Everything aligns when Blake and Gia decide to hook up with you to not get in trouble. Bella joins the fun as they all take turns sucking your cock.
