Extras: The best extra was the 53:15 minute Behind the Scenes feature, the ladies interviewed and lots of photoshoot material included. I thought this was a very nice upgrade over the typically short BTS features from Nutsack’s former company. There was also a pop shot recap, a photogallery, some trailers, and company websites too.

Audio/Video Quality: Tattooed Goddesses was presented in anamorphic widescreen as shot by director William H. Nutsack for Jules Jordan Video. There was great lighting, the tease montages were all well done, and the look of the action was quite similar to Nutsack’s other works I like so much. Jim Orlando helped make this another winner on the technical side, the casting certainly assisting on the front of the camera. There was a company watermark and the editing by Robert Laplanc was balanced enough that even I had no complaints, the ladies caught in action quite well in almost all cases. The aural component was as expected too, the musical interludes by Nutsack’s Productionworks company during the tease montages fairly generic and provided some beat to go by, the vocals loud enough to be heard with ease (and not having to crank the sound up) though little dynamic range.

Body of Review: William H. Nutsack was well established as an industry gonzo leader before he switched over to Jules Jordan Video. His latest fuck flick is called Tattooed Goddesses, a set of five scenes starring inked hotties having balls to the wall sex if you believe the hype going into this one. I came to see Bonnie Rotten and Skin Diamond but Alexa Aimes, Karmen Karma, and Tori Avano (in her “first on screen DP”) had some appeal as well. Granted, extensive tattoos on a chick do not add much appeal to me, often detracting from their natural appeal in fact, but Bonnie won me over not long ago so I went in with an open mind rather than an empty head. Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Bonnie Rotten, the featured act and most inked hotty of the movie as seen on the front cover, was up first exercising by the pool in her skimpy black lingerie. In short, Tattooed Goddesses was truthfully advertised and fans of tattooed ladies should find this a cut above the often generic offerings of the competition, making it stand out enough to give it a look.
