Audio/Video Quality: The picture was very sharp for such an older feature. If I didn't know how old it was, or something about the performers here, I'd never have guessed it was made so long ago. The sound wasn't quite as good but it was still better than average.

Body of Review: Lesbian scenes have long been a staple in the porn world. Even today, at a time when such scenes are not as common, you'll often find such scenes in the movies of the better companies such as VCA. In Wide Open Spaces, the premise was to intice Kelly O'Dell out of retirement by making a feature porno with her in mind. Since she was noting doing guys at the time, she agreed and made this movie with some true heat and real female orgasms. There was a minimal story but the sex was the focus. Here's a breakdown of the scenes by cast:

Scene One: Kelly warmed up by masturbating for a few minutes and then Juli joined her on the bed. While I've always liked Juli, I had forgotten how drop dead gorgeous she was back in her prime (and yes, she still looks good today). Kelly is no slacker in the looks department either. The two had fun as did I. Mostly oral with a bit of toy use.

Scene Two: Misty and Jeanna got busy on a bed. Misty's piercings looked interesting and the scene wasn't bad as an erotic warmup. Mostly licking again but some playful interaction between them.

Scene Three: Nina, a big believer in cleanliness, warmed up while taking a shower. Kelly came over and the two did each other on a couch. In all, a pretty warm scene but I have to admit that I've liked both of them for a long time.

Scene Four: Felecia and Sindee, both looking much fresher here than in their current features, went at it in a bathroom. Misty joined them and the action got pretty hot. Oral and toy use with some technical anal action.

Scene Five: Tina and Jeanna went at it on the counter top at the restaurant. Pretty intense scene between two legends of porn.

Summary: My biggest complaint here would be that the dvd really only had 5 scenes, not the listed 6 but even then, it's easy to explain since a couple of times you could argue that a scene was two individual scenes (one was a masturbation scene that evolved, the other a duo that became a threesome). Otherwise, the women looked and performed very warmly with high end production values. The classic line from VCA is also less expensive so that provides even more reason to check it out. I'd recommend this to any fans of lesbian antics.
