Audio/Video Quality: I Came In Your Mom (Blu-Ray) was presented in the same widescreen color with an aspect ratio of 1.78:1 that it was shot in by director Mick Blue for Zero Tolerance using the VC-1 codec and 1080i resolution. While the picture was not the kind of crystal clear video offering some people prefer (I did not get the impression that this was related to the 1080i not being 1080p either), the scenes were technically superior to a lot of what is on the market these days, the ladies always the focal point of the composed scenes. Mick has been shooting porn for years and while I tend to prefer his work in front of the camera, I could not fault his production much on the relative merits. The lighting was plentiful and the fleshtones were accurate, a lack of video noise and compression artifacts apparent even to the causal glance. The video bitrate hovered around the 16.4 Mbps area when I paid much attention to it, not as high as some of the competition but looking similar most of the time. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English using the 192 Kbps audio bitrate and 48 kHz sampling rate of standard definition porn, the lack of separation or huge increases in dynamic range nothing surprising considering how few companies tend to concern themselves with improving their audio these days. This was about middle of the pack in that regard and while I could hear the vocals just fine, they were not particularly better than anything I've heard from Third Degree or Zero Tolerance in the past.
