Jack's Teen America Mission #4 uses the premise that Jack has been denied access to his family's fortune and is forced to get a job. The end result is Jack marketing something he knows in and out - sex. It's clear that Jack is doing very well since this movie was produced on 10/27/94 and now has over twenty releases in this franchise. I'm not exactly sure what's kept him going other than the promise of hardcore sexual adventures with teen girls.

That's certainly the reason why anyone watches porn to begin with. Other than the promise of sexual encounters there's not much else to drool over. The direction of this scene-by-scene style adult film takes the promise of this 'Teen America' competition and never gives the girls a chance to shine. The guys are having their way with the girls more than anything else using light bondage at times and receiving blowjobs that make the girls gag.

If Jack is looking for a girl to claim the title of 'Teen America', why not let the girls do their thing and see if they can't make the audience at home go crazy? The girls can try and please the guys in any way they see fit while trying to add some chemistry or passion. We get none of that here.

To top it off there's a very large lack of variety and the setup for each scene doesn't make any sense. Every time we meet a new girl, for some strange reason it's the sound man with the boom mic that's going to have fun with the girl. Why does the sound guy get to rail the competing girls?

Video

The video on this blu-ray disc was very good. There was a little edge enhancement that I had to look for to find, and there was some macro-blocking happening in some of the darker areas on screen. It was very fine though for macro-blocking and looked more like noise. In motion it's not too easy to pick up but it's there. The color on the picture was very natural providing an accurate representation of what we would have seen if we were there, and contrast was very good as well. The picture was sharp and every little fleshy piece of detail could be seen. Digital Playground did very well with the picture quality on this release, especially considering this source material is four years old! Who knew they took such good care of their film footage? I could find any film grain or damage at all!

Audio

We're given a 5.1 track for this film but do we really need 5.1 surround for a release such as this? All the action is going on in front of the camera and the rear channels hardly ever make a sound let alone a workout. The sound on the front channels sounded fine and mostly based around the center channel. There weren't any sharp hisses or pops and the sound from scene to scene sounded to be at a consistent level.

It's a pretty bare release here. There's not even a quick five minute 'behind the scenes' clip. That may actually be a favor to us though because those things are usually about as snooze-worthy as a trip to your local box plant.

Overall

It's safe to say that I think you should all just skip it. With the idea of a set of girls competing to be the next winner in Jack's Teen America, they don't get much of an opportunity to show us what they really have. They're also for the most part (at least at the time this was filmed) not ready for taking on gag inducing blowjobs or anal beads. Because they were concentrating on going all out for each scene the girls couldn't add any passion or other redeeming qualities, with the exception of Katsumi. I hope in the later part of the series Jack learns that the best sex scenes are the ones that showcase the girls, not what can be done to them.

***A zero has been given to the 'compared to DVD' rating field as I have not seen this content in standard definition. I would believe it's fairly safe to assume that you're not going to go wrong with this blu-ray picture over a standard release though.
