Audio/Video Quality: Busty Cops On Patrol was presented in a crisp 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color as released by director William H. Nutsack for Elegant Angel using the standard definition MPEG-2 codec with 480p resolution (the Blu-ray in 1080p using the VC-1 codec). The camera work was solid with plentiful lighting to eliminate grain, video noise and shadows and the picture appeared to be crisp this time. Nutsack has proven to be a devious genius in terms of catering to what his fans want, expanding upon themes and capturing them in really clear fashion (this one a near parody of the mainstream television show "COPS"). I saw no compression artifacts (the SD version largely falling around the mid 3.7 Mbps video bitrate; modest enough for a SD flick but better than many on the market these days,  the Blu-ray version clocking in at around 17.4 when I spot checked them) and the composition of the camera angles strongly favored the female performers as most of her work these days tends to do. The 2.0 Dolby Digital English track was pretty basic with little separation or dynamic range yet I could hear the cast well enough in most cases. For those keeping track, the audio was offered in a 192 Kbps offering with a 48 kHz sampling rate, plenty of room considering how little took place on it but leaving room for future efforts too. The theme song was distinctively Nutsack too, the smile it brought to my face long lasting to say the least.

Body of Review: William H. Nutsack is one of the few directors that seems able to spin gold out of anything these days, his tributes to professions as strokable as his popular oil-laden titles have become over the years. Due to his successes, Elegant Angel gives the man a lot of latitude with what he does and the results impress even jaded old porn hounds like me at times. The latest extravaganza by the mad genius is called Busty Cops On Patrol, described on the disc as a title about "female cops with big busts", playing at the fantasies many of us have regarding those we hire to protect us from evil doers. Women cops are something of a role reversal to most of us, their authoritative control over us a bit exciting, especially when they are the rarest of the rare, good looking with big breasts. The flip side of the matter is that many women have cop fantasies too, the stereotypical officer being decisive and possessing way more testosterone than the rest of us seem to display. Going into the show, I was happy to note that each of the ladies was a stunner in some fashion, Gianna, Shyla Stylez, Charley Chase, Claire Dames, and Jada Fire all possessing large breasts in uniform and Kagney Linn Karter a smoking hot newcomer, playing a role as an undercover hooker not a problem either. Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Gianna Michaels, the well known busty babe featured on the left hand side of the front cover, was up first as she led also attractive babe Charley Chase to investigate a flasher. They knocked on the trailer of Steve Holmes, his denials of wrongdoing not supported by his repeated wardrobe malfunctions. He hit on them using an old ploy about questioning their sexuality, the gals soon stroking his rod and kissing him on the couch despite their attempts to pull back. The uniforms came off and the ladies worked him over orally, their ministrations exciting to each other as well as their viewing audience. The scene then showed the ladies moving to engaging in vaginal sex with him, the energy and personal chemistry quite high as they maintained eye contact and roughed him up a little. The ladies did manage to try and maintain a modicum of staying in character (perhaps best as stripper cops), their tits used at times to enhance the moment and the gals giving in to the stereotypical lesbian action a little for kicks. Steve ate them out and there was a lot of taste testing too, the ending result being the ladies sharing the facial of genetic juice. The passion and fun factor were off the scale here, the high definition version enhancing the moment more than a little bit. Whew!

Scene Two: Claire Dames, a curvy brunette enjoying her first week as a cop, was partnered up with moper Anthony Rosano, his role being that of a dopey seasoned veteran with an ego the size of Chatsworth. His poor abilities in the role aside, not just letting her first bust get away or overlooking a series of thefts, he made it clear that he believed in the old school idea of "give and take". This translated into them getting to know each other better, the clothing tossed off to allow access to her physical assets (and vice versa). They sat down on the couch as the house was being ransacked to get to know each other better, some touching and kissing leading to some tit action and oral sex with both giving each other head. Claire was certainly better at it than he was, from her playful nibbles to the way she throated him so easily, the vaginal screwing turning into anal sex in a handful of positions. The energy levels were pretty high and there did appear to be a bit of chemistry between them, the initial "show and tell" aspect evolving over time. This led to some funny dialogue, the expression on their faces as they watched her get eaten and pounded quite classic. James admitted that her "body is perfect" and he was right, the boy attaching his face to her ass before they started vaginally banging. She then used her feminine wiles to encourage him to rethink his stance, her hands all over him as she tried to make things better. They kissed repeatedly and she made it up to him by slobbing his lengthy knob, her little girl act working better than usual before she impaled herself on his cock. In any case, fans of the adorable female cast, the cop theme in general, or just raw energy filled sex with chemistry should consider this one a "must have" and I rated it as Highly Recommended. The high definition version looked substantially better, the visual upgrade earning my appreciation as the ladies looked even better than before, the upgrade well worth it for collectors. In short, Busty Cops On Patrol was a lot of fun, had some superior replay value, and was a very strokable movie from one of the best directors around so give it a look.
