Extras: The extras began with a very interesting set of interviews listed as Behind the Scenes, lasting 32:57 minutes, Yhivi’s interview perhaps the funniest but all of them providing some decent basic information for those tracking newcomers. There were two bonus scenes from there, one from That Horny Little Cheerleader and the other from Slutty Cheerleaders, each described below. Then came a Pick Your Pleasure menu of sex acts from the movie, a photogallery, trailers, spam, and company information.

Audio/Video Quality: My Sister The Cheerleader was presented in anamorphic widescreen as shot by Paul Woodcrest for New Sensations. Paul worked the camera himself. and the editing by Sid Knox helped sculpt the resulting footage in a set of four visually appealing vignettes. The flesh tones were accurate, the framing decent, and the amount of compression artifacts observed on my new 65” television were minimal even if some may complain about the light company watermark logo on the lower right hand corner of the cover. While there was nothing fancy here, any major issues someone would have would be related to personal tastes, each scene handled competently. The aural components of the movie were that it was presented in a straightforward 2.0 Dolby Digital stereo offering, the vocals plainly heard and some modest but uncredited music mixed in as needed to round out the sonic experience.

Body of Review: Paul Woodcrest is a skilled director for New Sensations that is often the most underrated member of their directing team. Rather than get fancy with goofy effects, try to capture every possible angle, or even jump around wildly like peers at other companies do, his works speak for themselves in terms of addressing the basics so well that even a picky guy like me tends to focus almost exclusively on the cast doing what they were paid to do, an increasingly rare manner of shooting porn I might add. Paul’s latest to come in for review is called My Sister The Cheerleader, a set of four vignettes in keeping with the company focus toward step relations having sex, this time throwing the whole cheerleader fantasy in as fuel for the fire. The concept of cheerleaders used to inspire people is well documented in our culture so it makes sense that the popular sexual fantasy involving them would excite so many.
