There were then some trailers and a photogallery.

Audio/Video Quality: Abducted was presented in a crisp, anamorphic widescreen as shot by director B. Skow for Girlfriends Films under their Skow Digital line. Skow, Mike Towers, and PP Peru worked the cameras and the editing by Hashiell Dammett was not bad. David Stanley wrote the minimalist screenplay though I suspect Skow adapted it a bit (and something was lost in the translation) since the ending and even plot twists just didn’t work for me very much. Technically, it looked a lot like one of those ultra low budget features shot when porn transitioned from film to video, few attempts made to expand the vision of depth of the camera and add realism to the feature elements. The stereo aural aspects of the movie were nicely done, the vocals easily understood, the ambient noises appropriate, and the music sounding just right with a country twang.

Body of Review: B. Skow is one of the most renowned directors at Girlfriends Films, his distribution deal a winner for both parties. His latest flick is called Abducted, a light take on the old kidnapping theme, a grieving stepdaughter getting tossed on her ass only to be abducted by two of the goofiest criminals then joining forces to squeeze money out of gold digging “mom” not working out. With a little modification, the plot could have worked better as a comedy but as it stood, the reading of the dialogue and way the sex scenes were shot drastically limited the production for me even if I completely adore Julia Ann, think Chrissy Nova is a cutie, and found Odile well worth watching her fuck.

The back cover described the movie like this: “Sara hates her stepmother Carla. After Carla throws Sara out of the house, Sara is kidnapped by Mark and Beth. Mark and Beth need money for invitro fertilzations. They want to have a baby. They can't adopt because of Mark's criminal past...He's a Killer!” The company press release for the production said this: “Girlfriends Films releases Abducted, an erotic drama from award-winning director B. Skow. Abducted is a star vehicle for newcomer Chrissy Nova and MILF queen Julia Ann, as the beautiful women play feuding stepfamily members caught up in an abduction caper. The film is the newest entry in Skow for Girlfriends Films' critically acclaimed line of boundary-pushing adult features. Abducted finds young Sara (Nova) booted out of her deceased father’s house by her gold-digging stepmother (Ann). Alone and penniless, Sara’s troubles only get worse when a childless couple that is looking for ransom money to fund their in-vitro fertilization treatment kidnaps her. Aware that her stepmom won’t pay, Sara’s only hope is to convince her captors to side with her in a plot to attain the dough and exact revenge on the woman who’s ruined her life. Abducted co-stars Odile and Jack Vegas as Sara’s abductors, Beth and Mark. The movie also features Chad Alva.“Get ready for an intense movie,” Skow warned. “Abducted is our take on the abduction genre. We’ve got the drama, double-crosses, and danger all mixed in with our unique brand of eroticism. Our cast immersed themselves in the roles, and their characters really pop on screen. Skow one of the industry’s most exciting and provocative directors,” said Girlfriends Films vice president Moose. “Pre-orders were through the roof and we expect robust sales once reviews and word-of-mouth start to get out. We are excited to release in stores today and look forward to hearing what people have to say about Abducted.”” Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Julia Ann, the busty blond bombshell featured on the front cover, was up first lounging on a couch as moper Chad Alva gobbled her gash without any character set up. Julia spread her legs wide and he dove right in, her dirty talk and moans always welcome in flicks I review. It was the best lesbian scene of the movie, on par for any of the company’s many lesbian scenes, even if it thematically came across as forced a little. Scene Four: Chrissy Nova, Odile, and Jack Vegas were up last in bed, their woes over everything that went wrong causing them to console each other sexually. Chrissy’s ass looked good in her tight blue jean shorts and Odile was naked in record time, the ladies climbing onto Jack as they kissed and pawed each other. Chrissy sat on his face as Odile played with her ass crack, the ladies sharing his pecker orally in heated fashion before he took turns boning both of them vaginally. Summary: Abducted by director B. Skow for Girlfriends Films struck me as another attempt to walk a fine line between comedy and drama but not working well on either side of the fence. The acting was wooden and the sex was okay but not award winning work in the slightest, the show coming off like it was rushed; David Stanley’s writing leaving open a lot of room for improvement too so I rated it as a very modest Rent It. In short though, Abducted was well in line for a low budget feature porno these days, my advice being to either go dark or go light but stay out of the middle of the road so much. On a side note about the usual quality control, I noticed the chapter menu kept calling “Jack Vegas” as “Jack Venice”, Mr. Venice is currently locked away in prison for many years on a rape and burglary conviction so I’m pretty sure someone keeps making Freudian slips.
