Extras: As expected, there were some decent extras including several parts to the Behind the Scenes; section 1 lasting 18:57 minutes, section 2 lasting 23:07 minutes, and section 3 lasting 23:05 minutes. The director got a lot of interview time here but others involved in the process also were important, mostly performers but also some of the crew. There was also a Blooper Reel lasting 19:03 minutes (technically, a blooper and outtake reel), nine sitcum trailers, a slide show, and a replay of the DVD menu.

Audio/Video Quality: Not The Brady Bunch XXX: Pussy Power was presented in a crisp, widescreen using a 1.78:1 ratio as shot by director Will Ryder for X-Play Media. The resolution was 1080i on the HD version of the movie and the codec employed was the usual AVC. The bitrate on the feature tended to hover around the 17.4 Mbps mark when I spot checked it, the solid lighting making all the action clearly observable but leaving no doubt at all that the high definition version was the best. One of the things many directors have trouble with is properly lighting sitcums or features, especially when they are going to be compared to mainstream projects such as this one, but this was not an issue this time, Tim Studley's lighting making it easier to shoot the scenes. There were very few visual elements that were not very much in tune with making the movie look mainstream and the DVD appeared to handle them very well. Scott David as Art Director and Co-Producer again elevated the title substantially, providing the proper counterbalance to Ryder's dedicated visions of the shows. The editing by Mark "Nick" Dawop at Copper Digital (AKA: "the sixth floor guy" who also handled a variety of other technical aspects on the movie once again) was as solid as ever, the end result in a class by itself. The audio was presented in the usual 2.0 Dolby Digital English using a 192 Kbps audio bitrate and 48 kHz sampling rate. The vocals were decently recorded with few moments sounding like they were dubbed or otherwise looped. The theme song invoked memories of the mainstream hit, adding to the fun.

Body of Review: Every time Will Ryder & Scott David release a movie, it is big news thanks to their keen eyes for detail and dedication to making the best porn parodies (also known as sitcums) via X-Play Media. Rather than take the cheap route, cut all the usual corners, and goof on those in mainstream, they go out of their way to "do it right" via casting, costuming, and writing with the end results such that any honest awards are a given. Their latest title is called Not The Brady Bunch XXX: Pussy Power, the third in the series featuring a few new cast members and yet another delightful homage to a television series so many people have loved over the years. Unlike others, I don't want to spoil the plot for you but rest assured, the amount of replay based on the characterizations is second only to the sex thanks to performers like Tanner Mayes, Kacey Jordan, Lexi Belle, and Dylan Riley, among others. The back cover described the movie like this: "The movie is packed with super sexy young girls giving it an adventurous teen-vibe just like the original TV series. Rounding out the new cast members are Nicole Ray, Ashlyn Rae and the much-talked-about sex kitten Tanner Mayes who carries a certain controversial magic with her. Eric John plays the perverted school teacher giving an entirely new meaning to the word homework and Seth Gamble plays Ridgedale's all-state quarterback. The rest of the stellar ensemble cast returns for this new episode including Alana Evans, Kacey Jordan, Lynn LeMay, Mike Horner, Kris Slater, James Deen, Mickey Butders and Ron Jeremy as Sam the Butcher." And don't forget, for the utter best in realism and detail, get the high definition version because it really shined by comparison (at least on my 60" TV).
