Audio/Video Quality: Both the picture and the sound were very well
done, as expected. SWO is known for putting more effort into their releases
in this area just like in the extras section of their dvds and it is
appreciated.

Body of Review: I like feature films. A bit of story helps make a
porn movie more enjoyable for me if done well. Simon Wolf is known for
putting together some nice feature porn and Love @ First Byte proves to be
no exception for the most part. The basic story revolves around a device
that can translate computer CAD/CAM designs into reality. Aurora and Asia
put together a man which, due to a bizarre set of circumstances, turns into
Evan. If you saw the mainstream version of this one, Weird Science, you'll
grin a bit over the somewhat goofy idea written by George Kaplan and
Simon.

Okay, my biggest criticism of this one is that there were a few spots where
the story is missing a few lines or some kind of exposition where you find
out what's happening. Thankfully, it's porn and even the most hardcore
critic only watches such movies for their lines one time. Every other time
we watch the movie, it'll be for the sex itself. This aspect of the movie
excels for me. I'm not into circus act sex and don't need women who look
underage to get off so this crowd of beautiful 20+ year old ladies is plenty
for my tastes. To sum up the movie in two words: It's Fun!. Here's a
quick breakdown of the scenes:

Scene One: Mia, looking pretty good here with her main squeeze,
Chris, in what would've been a filler scene elsewhere. The couple had fun
and so did I as they sucked and fucked each other. It was not their best
work but the technical aspects were higher than usual for them and that
contributed to plenty of replay value for me.

Scene Two: Keri, looking better every time I see her, screwed Joel on
her bed. It was something of a grudge fuck with ass and pussy spanking going
on. I'm glad she decided to start doing scenes with men awhile back as this
one is a keeper. I had to go back and check my old Jill Kelly dvds with her
in them to compare (and yes, she is getting better sexually too) with the
nod easily going to this performance over those JKP movies.

Scene Three: Asia, also looking exceptionally great, took on Evan,
one of my favorite male performers. After a particularly enthusiastic BJ,
the two bone with a lot of heat. Contrary to popular opinion, I think Asia
is not used enough in porn but she has been around awhile and some people
want a flavor of the month rather than a skilled performer.

Scene Four: April, not usually one of my first choices, and Randy had
a good scene. There was humor present and she actually looked better than
usual. That's not a dig so much as an observation. If she's going to look
this good in other movies, I may add her to my "must see" list in the
future. The scene was not only funny but very warm as well once I stopped
laughing at Randy's dancing.

Scene Five: Nikita, a recent favorite of mine, had a very warm
lesbian scene with Holly before taking on Steven. I would have preferred the
two ladies continue on together as they were great together but I can't deny
that he delivered the goods as well. Holly masturbated once the other two
started in on each other which was fun to watch but it would've been better
if she were in on the action.

Scene Six: This is the scene a lot of people will want to hear about.
It had Aurora and Evan screwing. It started off very tenderly and got hotter
as it progressed. Of course she took anal here but in a way that fit with
the scene rather than how too many other porno's show it. Like my pal
Astroknight, I was never her biggest fan but she showed her talents here in
spades. Yum!

Scene Seven: In my perfect world, this scene would have included
Asia, Keri, and Nikita along with me. Fortunately, Simon and Bud know that
this scenario would cause mass riots by angry porn consumers so they never
called me for the screen test and the scene never appeared in the movie.
Sigh...

Summary: In case you haven't figured it out by now, the sex was
great, the women looked fine, and the production values were very high-right
up there with Wicked's current releases. Yes, the story could've been a bit
fleshed out and an audio commentary would've been cool but this two dvd
package had a lot more than average to brag about. I also would've preferred
a few of the ladies to be in more than one scene although, to be fair, each
scene was at least very good or better. The extras were good enough that I
enjoyed them more than many other features released recently too.

So, a few of you will ask me what could've been done better. I have no pat
answers for you in this regard. I enjoyed this one nearly as much as Simon's
other releases but that comparison doesn't say much since they are head and
shoulders above most of their competitors. Perhaps a complete lesbian scene
between the three female leads would've pushed it above it's predecessors,
perhaps not. Heck, I even liked the dvd cover enough that I kept it out for
friends to see.
