Audio/Video Quality: Jack's Big Ass Show 2 Blu-ray was presented in 1.78:1 ratio widescreen as shot by Robby D. for release by Digital Playground as offered in 1080i resolution using the AVC codec for the Blu-ray release. This was shot with at least as much care as most volumes of the series when it came out originally, using more light and reducing the grain considerably in many cases to some of the few weaker volumes in the series. This held true for the video noise and other visual matters although I know Robby tends to add those to instill a sense of gonzo and texture to the series. Without resorting to listing the hardly noticeable visual elements that didn't work 100%, suffice it to say that some scenes were incredibly well handled and the others were still above average (and that says a lot considering Robby's credentials in camera work and Nick P. working the sound board as well as editing the scenes). The fleshtones were accurate and I saw no compression artifacts so even the DVD mastering was on par with the usual Digital Playground treatment. The best use of lighting was probably Naomi's scene since the outdoor light really enhanced her bubble butt but the camera play was more skillful in a couple of the other scenes. The 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround sound with a 48 kHz sampling rate and 448 Kbps bitrate was pretty good but it was also apparent that the vocals were recorded in monaural and the track processed later to provide the 5.1 so don't think you're going to showcase your home theatre set up with this one any more than you would with a typical gonzo production made elsewhere. The vocals were typically easy to hear (with a few exceptions) and the special effects were cut way back this time to allow the action to speak for itself.

Body of Review: One of the problems with the contract performer system in porn is that hot young starlets like Teagan Presley are limited to so few movies while the contract is under effect. I'm aware that this makes each of their titles all the more marketable but as a fan I want to see more of my favorites rather than rationed portions. Well, thankfully the folks at Digital Playground have heard our pleas and provided us with Jack's Big Ass Show 2 Blu-ray, the second in the series that started with Jack's Big Ass Show 1; in a continuation of the spin off series. My initial impression of the series was that it was advertising anal sex in each scene but in truth, the ass tease was far more interesting to me; especially given the quality of ass the show offered up. Teagan was present but there were some other hotties well worth checking out too, making this tease-fest an opportunity to see director Robby D. strut his talents as the ladies strutted their own; making this a great flick to enjoy. Here's a breakdown of the scenes by cast and action, noting that condoms weren't a factor but the heated performances were:

Scene One: Naomi and that Ass!: Naomi, the bubble butted gal in the middle of the front DVD cover, was up first in a scene where she was sunning herself outdoors by the pool so often seen in Robby's movies. Mick Blue played a pervert who called Robby over to check her out and she gave quite a show for them with her clothes on (though Robby played it well to get her naked). This was a case of quality over quantity and I loved the volume of footage during the tease (especially the way she put on some panties to continue. Marco Duato/Banderas continually felt her up before going down on her, eliciting the favorable response I'd expect of her. Summary: Jack's Big Ass Show 2 Blu-ray was another good volume in the series, using a contract star to boost an already solid cast (the first volume used the lovely Jana Cova) with some very stimulating stroke material. As such, I rated it as Recommended, though better extras and lengthier scenes would've made it even better. Each scene was worthy of your time and money, providing some quality fuck for the buck all too often missing in modern porn. Robby D. continues his mad quest for total porn industry domination as he shows he can provide to specific niches as well as general audiences, marking another step forward for Digital Playground. In short, Jack's Big Ass Show 2 Blu-ray had the booty I've come to expect from the series, with great sex and a lot of care placed on providing the best quality fuck for the buck for a non-blockbuster release in the high definition format.
