Having reviewed dozens of toys over the years with my ever-changing stable of assistants, I have always tried to do my best at conveying their sentiments along with mine while having as fun a time as possible in the reviewing process.  I know there are a great many toy testers online and each of them (us!) have their own biases but whatever our personal feelings about a company, a type of material, or a general belief in certain kinds of toys, the important thing is to inform the public about our experiences to help them make better choices.  Those words in mind, I sought to figure out the benefits of a toy from Adam & Eve called the Glass Finger Sleeve.

Upon testing it myself, the toy wasn't so operator friendly, Carey pointing out that there was no way it would fit on my manly fingers (and she was correct as usual!) just as she pointed out the warning label previously mentioned warns to use it "externally only" but then proceeds to suggest not inserting it more than two inches.  The instructions also said to use "Windex" to remove it if stuck on the finger and to seek medical help if stuck internally (yeah, like that will happen; Carey telling me she'd leave it in until the end of time before going to the emergency room for that bit of assistance). 

The usual warnings of using at your own risk and no liability being taken by the company, Carey tried to find a manner in which it could be used to stimulate herself more than a second finger or other toy.  Trying in vain, she said it was too small for her to insert for full effect, too thick for anal without warming up, and did nothing for her as a clitoral stimulator so the ease of cleaning (glass is clean and easy to sanitize) did little to merit any positive press as it is not likely to be used. The red velvet sack it came in was cute but nothing worth additional attention.

Glass is a great material to make toys and with some adjustments, the Glass Finger Sleeve may be worth your money but as it stands, I have to rate it as a Skip It for now given Carey's insistence that it wasn't helping her get off.  It would also be nice to see how this is sold to the general public (ie: the colorful marketing fliers and packaging) given the paper warning but pass this one up for better toys.
